strength & conditioning

The aim of our strength & conditioning service is to apply specifically focused “fitness” and/or skill development. And importantly, we measure and test/retest to ensure success!

For the individual, this service usually operates out of our garage gym facility in Great Chesterford. In essence, this is personal training but, with a specific focus and routine designed to meet your individual goals in the most effective way possible. It will be fun, challenging, highly varied and a great learning experience.

It has the following attributes:

  • Can be programmed and designed to work with individuals, small groups or, in certain circumstances, entire teams

  • Can be tailored to enhance any aspect of fitness – we identify weak spots and tailor a program for you!
  • Perfect for post injury rehabilitation work to re-establish and improve competency at any level of activity
  • Perfect for elite athletes, busy mums, the elderly or physically disabled. Everyone has abilities that can be enhanced to benefit their health and well-being!
  • We measure and monitor performance to ensure we make real world gains in your chosen sport/activity/life!
