Sometime before Christmas I decided that I wasn’t willing to creak my way through my forties, rather, that I was going to give my forties a huge kick up the backside. Guess what? I’ve done it and it’s all thanks to bootcamp. I’ve now been attending regular bootcamp sessions for nearly five months and I LOVE it. My fitness levels have improved tremendously and I’ve been given great advice along the way from Simon. I’ve also made some great friends and whilst we are pushed, we always laugh, the sessions are never the same twice and I enjoy being out in the fresh air. I feel so much fitter for life now, I have an extremely hectic schedule with a young family, career and other interests outside of work but there are quite a few classes that I can fit within my week. So what are you waiting for?? Come on, give it a go.
