Started in January 2016, Newport Bootcamp was developed by Coach Emily. We built this camp to help us fill a gap in our schedule and coverage in the local area. Currently running on Sunday mornings, these camps work for those who struggle to fit sessions in during the week or on the busy Saturday mornings (please check our Live Timetable for time and day changes). This especially seems the case for those with children as so many kids activities tend to happen on weekend mornings.
The location itself, in the pub garden, is actually rather lovely. A large sloping grassy field as well as car park space and a few ‘obstacles’ help to provide a variety of additional and valuable ways we can train you. Of course it is favoured by those who live in or close to Newport!
