I have had a number of trainers over the years and I can wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend Simon as one of the best. My fitness has suffered over the years and I was at an all time low when I started seeing him. Simon stuck with me, supporting me through a few shaky starts as I tried to recommit to prioritising my well-being. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to work with me to improve all aspects of my fitness as well as my confidence. One of his great strengths is his ability to modify workouts to suit clients and adapt exercises so that every client is able to get the most out of the session. This all led to my recent completion of a Spartan Sprint Race which I would not even have considered before starting working with Simon. I am really grateful for all he has done to guide me on this journey.
