There are no bootcamps on Monday or Wednesday evenings this week as Simon unfortunately has to be “elsewhere” on business. Tuesday, Thursday (6-7pm), Friday and Saturday morning are all ON! Hope you can all make these times and days.
This coming Tuesday and Friday mornings (9:15-10:15am) we are having half sessions of running technique work combined with fun & fitness to finish. This will continue for the following week too (except it will be back the normal Wednesday & Friday at the same times). If you want to learn and master some basics of efficient running technique then this is the place to be!
