Superb efforts and smiley faces last night at Saffron Walden. We’ve had lots of happy new faces recently and this was a great team effort throughout.
A ‘chipper’ workout is a list of exercises repeated one after the other… usually with a high number of repetitions. Last night we ran through the list 3 times with rounds of 10 reps, 15 and then 20. Between each round we did a short run. This was simple, effective and tough… often the best recipe for improving your fitness 🙂
