The final day! 

An AMRAP (As Many Repetitions As Possible) finale!

Complete as many rounds (and reps) as possible in 20 minutes of the following:

3 Burpees
4 Mountain Climbers (2 per side)
5 Push-ups
6 Table Lifts
7 Sit-ups

The timer runs for 20 minutes without stopping. Work as fast as possible with good quality movement.
