Chipper time!

For time (as fast as you can … safely and well) undertake the following:

11 Rounds of:

1. 11 Ground to overhead
2. 11 Tuck jumps
3. 11 Alternating Side plank (11 seconds per side)
4. 11 V Sits
5. 11 back extensions
6. 11 clapping press-ups
7. 11 squats with an 11 second pause at the bottom position
8. 11 mountain climbers (per side, 22 in all)
9. 11 Broad jump
10. 11 star jumps
11. 30  second rest
